Every site we present includes a clear power narrative — current availability, planned upgrades, redundancy options, and estimated delivery schedule.

Regulatory & Government Alignment

In emerging markets, regulatory readiness can determine whether a project moves in months or years. In established markets, we navigate permitting, utility commission approvals, and community engagement.

EPC Coordination & Site Design

We coordinate with national and international EPC firms to produce flexible site plans designed to hyperscaler standards. Our site packages are engineered for phased deployment, allowing buyers to activate initial capacity while preserving expansion optionality. Every site plan accounts for power distribution, cooling infrastructure, physical security, and campus scalability.

Deal Structuring & Transaction Support
